By using the website and completing a purchase, you confirm you are 18+ and accept these Terms.

Age & Account

Purchases are available only to users aged 18+. You are responsible for accurate data and account security.

Public Messages & License

Messages and public names appear on the website and may be shown/read in streams and social media. By posting a message, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, publicly communicate, display and adapt it within the service and its promotion.

Content Rules (Prohibited)

Sexual content, nudity, child exploitation, violence or threats.
Hate speech, discrimination, extremism/terrorism.
Third-party personal data, payment details, doxxing.
Fraud, spam, calls for harm or illegal activity.
Infringement of copyrights or rights of publicity.

We may moderate, hide or remove such materials and block accounts without refunds.

Cells, Reservation, Timing

You may select one or multiple cells (including a specific number if available).
Reservation lasts 10 minutes; without payment, cells return to the pool.
Publication starts after payment confirmation and lasts for the selected number of days.

Pricing & Payment

Baseline: 1 cell = 1 day. Actual price/currency is shown at checkout.
Prices may change in the future, but already paid placements are unaffected.
Payments are processed via Plata by mono.

Streams

We play the musical frog daily and may occasionally read messages during live streams or recordings (TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Cells can be purchased only on the website; submitting messages from streams isn’t supported.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided.
Exception: a technical error on our side when the message was not published during the paid period.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method; processing may take up to 14 days.

Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided “as is” for entertainment and does not guarantee wish fulfillment. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of your last paid order.

Intellectual Property

Brand, design, content, and code belong to the Operator or are used lawfully. Copying without permission is prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Ukrainian law applies. Disputes are settled by Ukrainian courts at the Operator’s location.
